MARYBOROUGH STATION SQUARE SHOPPING CENTRE TO HAVE EXTENSIONS DONE WORTH $100M

Station Square $100 million expansion

Around 100 jobs will be created in the $100 million expansion of Station Square shopping centre in Maryborough.

Target has signed as the major tenant and centre management is currently negotiating with other potential retailers.

The expansion will create about 20,000 square metres of gross floor area to create the tenancy for Target, extensions to the existing Bi-Lo supermarket, additional retail tenancies and kiosks and a rooftop car park.

Work is expected to start by August and be completed within 12 months.
