With the Rudd Government implementing its new IR legislation, the Fair Work Act, from 1 July, Cheryl-Anne Laird of Livingstones presented a topical presentation on the changes that are relevant to employers, focusing on unfair dismissal, award modernisation and the new national employment standards.

QLD Government is proposing to increase Vehicle Registration by 20%.  I know that most can barely afford rego now, I,m not impressed paying an extra $250 per year, how about you? In simple terms this would mean that we will pay about $800 a year for car rego when Victoria only pays about $300!
